Cancel Premium

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose MapleExpat and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also get there from the Premium screen in the app. If you cancel before your renewal date, you won't be charged again and Premium stays on until the end of the year you paid for. Deleting your MapleExpat account does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds

Apple handles all billing and refunds for MapleExpat. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. We can't issue refunds through the App Store ourselves. If the consumer law where you live gives you a right to a refund and you have trouble getting it, email us.

Restore Premium on a new device

Open the Premium screen and tap Restore Purchases.

Delete your account

In the app, go to Settings and tap Delete my account. This deletes your account and data from our servers. If it doesn't finish, email info@versurasolutions.com and we'll complete it.

Stop reminder emails

Turn off Reminder emails in Settings, or use the "Stop reminder emails" link at the bottom of any reminder.
