Fixed rules make the decisions. AI drafts, explains and flags. When the system can't find a safe answer, it shows the gap and hands it to a person. It never quietly decides.

Built by people who've done the jobs

We're Safiyya Punjani and Jacob Caley, and we met as colleagues at an international school in Doha. Between us we have about 14 years in education and close to a decade on PowerSchool. We've built timetables and supervision schedules, run daily cover, managed PowerSchool as the people who pitched the upgrade and then ran it, worked as academic counsellors and supported admissions teams. One of us also wrote and launched a full AI policy and guidance framework at an international school in Guangzhou, and Jacob has scaled AI systems to over 3,000 users across multiple campuses at a Canadian polytechnic.

Versura is a new company. That experience comes from our careers before it, and we say so.

Versura Solutions Inc. is registered in Alberta, Canada. Our school services are for public, private and international schools and universities in Canada, across North America and throughout Asia, including mainland China. Our business services are for small and medium businesses in the same regions. Workshops run in person during regional visits or online, and our hours overlap with both North American and Asian working days.

What does Versura Solutions do?
Versura is a Canadian AI consultancy for schools and small businesses. We run hands-on AI workshops for staff, set up AI workflows that take repetitive admin work off people's plates, write AI policies with schools, and support PowerSchool. A person approves every decision our systems help with.
Is Versura an edtech company?
No. We don't build classroom tools or learning apps. We work with the adults who run a school: leaders, coordinators, counsellors, admissions and IT.
Where is Versura based?
We're registered in Edmonton, Alberta. Our services are for schools and businesses in Canada, across North America and throughout Asia, including mainland China.
Will our data be used to train AI?
Not by us. We build inside the tools you already use and approve, check each tool's terms on whether it trains on your inputs, and test every workflow on made-up data before it touches real data.
How do we start?
Book a 30-minute call. Most organizations begin with something small and fixed in scope: one workshop or a two-week audit of one process. A school can also start with a private session for the head of school.
